RainHawk
This is a project I would like to see fulfilled within the next year, due to my horrible Geck skills I have been unable to start on the project. However with my excellent planning skills I have been able to start planning and I’m looking for Moders to help my dream come a reality. Here is some early description and inclusion I have been working on. Description - Have you ever Been playing through Fallout New Vegas and happen to come across a place like Primm or Freeside or Even New Vegas itself?Well this may just be the mod for you. This mod aims to fill the world up more, with new interiors tones more Npcs and many more vendors and quests.Imagine Freeside With over 50 Npcs and thats not just both the Freesides put together that’s both sides. Of course this means it’s not intended for those on a lowEnd computer. Just imagine City streets with residents and vendors. It sounds wonderful and it’s exactly what this mod intends to do. A more post-post apocalyptic world. For Fallout New Vegas today. Includes A more fallout type of environment.More Npcs.More vendors.More interiors of the pre existing town buildings.More quests.More filled in environments. kkirspel
I eventually want to touch on this aspect of the game as well - its something I feel the game really needs. However I'm currently constructing a whole new section (worldspace) of the wasteland to explore. (The Mojave Wasteland is just too cluttered with settlements/safe areas to feel like a... wasteland.)I wouldn't be opposed to helping down the road (idk when exactly) but if you're recruiting a team, trying to implement just your planned ideas might not go over so well... KMA
It is cluttered with meshes you mean. The vast majority of buildings are all boarded upso they are just clutter. A good mod would be to either remove them or open them up (which seems to be the opposite of what you want - and a lot of work). One point, is that will the 100s of mesh holes (landscape misplacement), increasing the number of dynamics (things that move around) will only increase the instability of the game. That is one of the reason why the Strip has so many walls. Now interiors are safe since Obsidian did not mess them up (to the best of my knowledge).
