MidbossVyers
If any mod adds a file named "eyevampire.dds" to your Data\Textures\Characters\Eyes folder, then it alters the vampire eye texture. If you want to go back to pink vanilla eyes then just delete it as well as any with the same name and _n or _g tacked on the end of the file name. Your video is interesting. At first I thought a modder recorded himself saying Vicente's dialogue to replace it, but the more I listen the more it sounds like the guy who voices all the Imperial males. I didn't know he recorded that as well. Imagine how much space could be saved on an installation if the developers cleaned out all the extra stuff that wasn't used. O,oI deleted the eyevampire files, and I searched the word "vampire" in my Oblivion folder. The only file that was found was the UOP file, but that's for the face aging thing, which I want modified to prevent the "old face" thing. There's nothing about eyes in the modded files, but I still keep getting inverted eye colors. Any other suggestions? And yes, the eye color thing was just a coincidence because even when I had my character have blue hair, her vampire eyes were still white. I also tried changing my current eye color to Scarlet (which I assume is a vanilla color, if it isn't, please tell me one) and used the color sliders to change hair color to blue, but I still keep getting white iris and black sclera (scientific eye terms, yay), so it doesn't even seem to be color-customizable. Also, though more experienced people might know otherwise, I don't think it's a mesh problem. It's probably a texture issue. Would this mod: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=62 fix it though? Never mind. That mod just replaced one problem with another, as upon using it my character become a "level 0" vampire (all the stats of a level 1 vampire, but no further leveling due to lack of blood and no vampire cure quest). My only solution now is to find either a way to remove the modded vampire eyes or to have someone create a mod that mods vanilla vampire eyes back into the game. Yes, it's confusing. My attempt to overwrite the inverse eyes with another vampire eye mod didn't work, so my only solution is to find where exactly my current vampire eye mod is and delete it. Besides in Data\Textures\Characters\Eyes\eyevampire.dds, where else can something like this be? Edited November 26, 2010 by MidbossVyers
Mennoch
The true question is what mod are you actually using that adds new eyes over the vanilla ones? Assuming this thread is still active, which it probably isnt knowing my luck, lol.
