Well to start, the beauty packs aren't meant to work together, so that's a possible culprit. Also, your load order needs a lot of work. Lings and mikoto's specifically aren't compatible as far as I've read.

 

While you could go through a trial and error process of figuring out what's causing the issue, your setup is likely to be a conflict between mods as opposed to an individual mod breaking the game.
