I'll try to communicate here as best as i can with my newbie english skills.I asked in the official forum for help. But maybe the thought of installing a mod to be able to help me scares everyone. So that's why i'm asking here for help. In the end of the talk with Solas in "In Your Heart Shall Burn", the cinematic sequence should be triggered, which leads me to Skyhold. Well, that isn't happening. I'm seeing a complete white screen, nothing's happening. But the game isn't really typical frozen. If i click the left mouse button, i can hear my protagonist doing her fight animations. But that's all of the possible commands. To exit the game i have to use the task manager or alt + F4. I tryd to load older save files, during and before this main quest. i tryd it with the lowest possible graphic settings. I reinstalled the game several times, used the Origin repair function. I updated my Nvidia driver. Tryd it in offline mod... disabling all other installed mods as far as possible... nothing work's. I'm in the end of my solutions.I guess the only way to help me with this mess is, if someone would try to reach Skyhold with my save file. But i beg you: plz take the 15 Minutes of your time, try to reach Skyhold for me, upload the Save File anywhere (filedropper for example) and post it here, so i'll be able to continue my playthrough.
