yoyoguy678
I'm in the process of making my first mod, and say, for instance, I add a bed to the house and I set the ownership to Player, do I need to create a new Form Editor ID to keep from editing every bed in the game? Quetzlsacatanango
No. If it's a special bed that's a quest item, or has a script, you may want to dupe it and use the dupe instead. In general if you're editing references (like you describe) you don't need to create a new form. yoyoguy678
Thank you. Also, since I'm just dragging containers from the object menu, are they safe to store things in?
Quetzlsacatanango
Depends what container. Those you probably do want to dupe, so as not to change every like container in the game.
yoyoguy678
I used the object pallet to drop the items in the cell, would that be ok?
