scannerfish Posted November 25, 2010 Share Posted November 25, 2010 As a simple addition, giving a few NCR troops (maybe an elite unit) combat armor would really be a nice touch. I'm surprised that the only group using large amounts of it were the Van Graffs. Next to the BoS if anyone should have combat armor units, it should be the NCR.
