jakey252
Well, I honestly have no clue as to this one. It's like this all over the place. There'll be grass covering a road for a while, then there'll suddenly be a road texture, that actually extends into the wilderness. It just seems like all the textures have been set down in blocks. Does anyone know what's going on?
Qwaxalot
Try reinstalling shaders. Oblivion Shaders: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20348
Smooth613
You can try the above suggestion, but I don't think that's a shader issue. It looks more like mis-matched textures. I've seen this happen when a texture pack, or mod that adds textures, is incorrectly installed. The end result is mis-matched normal maps which create visual anomalies, such as above. You will need to uninstall any texture replacers you've added to your game. Hopefully you didn't manually install mods, since removing all files is nigh impossible. If you used BAIN or OBMM it's much easier to remove all the appropriate files. If you still have this problem after you are 100% sure you have removed all mod added files then you will need to reinstall. I suggest you first use Bben's Revert to Vanilla Guide. This guide, if properly followed, will take Oblivion back to it's Vanilla state, pre-mods. If you still have the issue after following this guide then you need to completely remove then reinstall Oblivion. And I mean completely remove all remnants of Oblivion. For this I suggest Bben's other guide; Bben's Reinstall Procedure. One of the above procedures will surely fix the problem. And if you correctly follow the guides you can salvage your mods and saves. However I don't recommend this when you have issues like you are experiencing since they will likely just reappear and you will not have any idea where they are coming from. Install mods one at a time and test after each for issues. If an issue pops up then you know exactly where it came from.
