Lehcar Posted November 26, 2010 Share Posted November 26, 2010 I'm leaving on a 9 day long trip tomorrow, and I don't want to be bored to death to whole time and have been attempting for several hours to get Oblivion installed and WORKING on my laptop but so far am failing. I keep getting the same goddamn error that says, "d3dx9_27.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error." What the f"ck is this sh*t??!?! My home computer is XP but my laptop came shipped with Vista unfortunately and the process of downgrading to XP on it was just too complicated for me. For the life of me I do not know why I can't get OB working on it.
