Liliam
I do 2D work with some limited experience skinning for WC3 (SS's available on request) and no knowledge as of yet of the Oblivion skinning tools. I'm looking for a talented 3D artist or team to work with in making a versatile, high-quality racial mod to give everyone out there s'more diversity in their game. I'm not making any suggestions at this point - I'm willing to work on an existing project or create a new one, including the creative process. I won't lie; if the project goes well, I'll be including it in my portfolio, and I'm interested for the experience. You can check out some of my work in my devART, linked in my siggy. You'll notice most of what I do is figurative and fantasy-oriented, but I'm perfectly happy to discuss venturing outside of my comfort zone. I'm not necessarily expecting an overwhelming response, but just incase, pleasepleaseplease don't contact me for help with your mod unless it at least loosely fits the above criteria (including a 3D artist), heh. Thanks! =)

SickleYield
Welcome to the forum:) Its always good to have graphic artists. I'm sure there will be no end to resquests from people. Have you looked at www.psychodogstudios.com/forums? If you're interested in race texturing, this is the place. And if you want a portfolio item, you should check out some of the Better Bodies projects; the best known at the moment are Eshme's and Growlf's female-only and Corwyn's both sexes work in progress (Corwyn's Fantasy Figures). I personally would love to see a Khajiit texture for Corywn's bodies with some bump mapping or a better set of normal maps. The game Khajiits do not look at all like they have fur, and in lighter colored versions it looks almost diseased. They just plain need more texture. This is disappointing, considering how well the Argonians' scales turned out. Whatever you end up doing, be sure and post a notice here - I'm sure all of us will be interested in your work. Liliam
Awesome, thank you both. ^^ I'm glad I found a game to get me back into skinning, and some nice communities to involve myself in. I'll check out those items you mentioned, SickleYield, and thanks again.
