Fist of The North Star mod/ CAPTAIN FALCON mod

It is a Nuclear Wasteland, post-apocalyptic world but I don't See a Mod that does this on either games Fallout 3 or New Vegas

Go and Watch some of it and tell me this wouldn't be a good mod

the mod I envision is that

the courier is Kenshiro and wakes up after being 7 stabs to the chest goes around and kills the bosses of the gangs like in the show

 

-Custom Quest

-Custom Dialogue

-Custom Bodies

-Custom Clothing

-Custom fighting animations(mostly unarmed)

-Voices from the Show

-"You Wa Shock" as boss killing theme

 

This will be a lot of work might even be impossible to do and unfair to ask people to do this but I can't mod and I really want this in game

 

but if this can't be done then I want a Captain Falcon Mod

-costume

-FALCON PUNCH (not too much knockback I want to loot the corpse)

-FALCON KICK

-maybe The Knee ( same as the punch)
