good unknown mods?

Integration? Can't really say it's unknown though, but that's because I'm practically the spokesperson for it. It's very well known to me, but in terms of recognition, it doesn't get much. Huge quest modwith 4-5 guilds, 80+ quests, choices and consequences, multiple solutions, 24+ hours of silent diaogue, unique gameplay elements, scripted boss fights, etc.

If you like companion mods for the deep meaningful conversations, and belivable well developed characters then.... Integration is like 20 companion mods in one.... despite having no companions.

This is pretty simple mod, but I love what it does. You know the heat effect before you're eyes, when you're looking past something hot? Well, this person managed to emulate that with the lava in oblivion. It's completely compatible with any texture replacement you have. If you want the texture from this one, install all of the files. If you just want the effect with a texture you already have, just install the .esp.

I posted a video of the effect in action in the comments.

I think these 3 are fairly unkown:

Better Rainbows which makes Rainbows for Tamriel more realistic.

http://www.tesnexus....le.php?id=36566

Better Clocks, which is a huge improvement of Clocks for Cyrodiil for Non Better Cities Oblivion.

http://www.tesnexus....le.php?id=36384

Better Clocks for Better Cities which does the same and more for Better Cities Full. It is a huge improvement.

http://www.tesnexus....le.php?id=36994

These are the only 3 have made so far. If you use the original rainbows or clocks, I am sure you will love these newer versions, especially the better cities version.

Hmm. This list is from the mods I am currently using, that are not uber-popular. I'm basing the "unknown" factor on the number of endorsements (mostly). All are IMHO under-endorsed. Some are old, some are not. All are under appreciated, I think. Some I downloaded long ago, some others I downloaded when I was not logged in, and could not later endorse. Most I have endorsed as they deserve. In some cases, I think, Kudos were earned for these modders, either for their vision or their implementation, and they did not receive them. To all those reading this post - download, enjoy, endorse, give Kudos, if you feel it right.

Food Fighters Unite is kind of fun for a change of pace. I think that one is pretty obscure. .

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11658

Deadly Clutter Update is a bit better known. You can use a paint palette as a shield or conk someone with a mug of beer. Again, not a very "serious" mod although you could reasonably use some of the items in tavern brawls if you have a brawl mod. Sometimes necessity is the mother of invention, as they say.

More Butterflies and Fireflies. Yes, it's eyecandy, but the reason to get it is the fairies. They look unimpressive in the screenshots but great when they are moving. They swoop around nicely, leaving trails of sparks behind them The particle effect that comes with the fairies is actually useful if you have any mods that darken nights or areas. Didn't affect my fps at all, but I ony use them outdoors and I use the halved option. Works fine with Autumn Trees. Oddly enough, the fairies are affected by mods which change npc hair but on my computer they fly by too fast to really see their hairstyles.

Here's one that's well known but I believe that most people don't really understand just what it can do!

Ramys Enfant http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11874

In your inventory you'll see 'Ramy' and if you click on that it will bring up several options one of which is: (Easy) Resurrect the player unlimited. (Ramy will bring you back to life each time you're killed.)

I spent so much time trying out the different 'do not die' mods and here's an old one that works.
