Better Enemy Level Scaling

Two short ideas:

 

a) Randomize all enemy levels. You never know what you're getting into until you engage your opponent. Zero leveling.

 

b) Level enemies, but do so in a manner that'd be more satisfying.

 

Player Level 1-5 ~ Enemy Level 5-25

Player Level 6-10 ~ Enemy Level 10-30

Player Level 11-15 ~ Enemy Level 15-35

Player Level 16-20 ~ Enemy Level 20-40

Player Level 21-25 ~ Enemy Level 20+

Player Level 26+ ~ Enemy Level 30+

 

~ No health Regen

~ Randomized Loot

~ Combat mod compatibility, especially ASIS
