TwatLlama
Hello modders, I have been wrestling with this issue for hours, internet searching yeilding nothing. Issue: I have a character file which I enjoy the face morph of. I do not however like the hair, I received it from a friend and he has a hairstyle I do not due to DLC and whatnot. Long story short I want to change the hairstyle of the character via IN GAME sliders so I need to export the characters face from its .das into an .mop or .mrh file which I will then throw into my override folder to use as I see fit in the character creation screen. Someone please tell me how this can be done; create an .mrh or .mop file out of a .das game save. Thanks,Dmitri

Thanks,DmitriCan't be done, because it isn't there to begin with. You can only get the .mor out of a .das.
DarkeWolf
Greetings Dmitri :) Welcome aboard to the nexus forums :)I hate to say it, but Thandal is on the money when he says that the .mop file can't be done from a savegame (.das) file. The only thing that can be extracted from one of those is a .mor (existing character) file. And a .mop CANNOT be created from a .mor, only from a .mrh :(I did however post some info on how to change an existing .mor file to use a different hair in my second post in this thread here- http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/269389-turning-a-previously-created-pc-into-a-preset/ I would also VERY strongly recommend contacting a member of the staff who's name appears in red in regards to changing your username. Since yours contains foul language in the english language. Not that I'm trying to pick on you or anything, only letting you know that the name you have right now, will eventually end up getting banned if somebody reports it. So the recommendation to get it changed, is something that you should do at your very first opportunity ;)I just dont want to see you get into any kind of trouble, so that you can enjoy our family of sites ;) Note to other members- As this has been mentioned to the user, please do not report the username at this time, so as to allow the member to make corrections to the situation. -DarkeWolf, site staff ) Sorry to have to give you bad news on your first post here on the sites. And to have to mention your username. But I do hope that the suggestions will work out for you, and that you have a happy and long experience here on our forums :) -DW
