Type 3 BB Armor and Body Replacer question.

Is this the incorrect way to do this?

 

I installed BEWARE OF GIRL Type 3 HiRez HiDetailed Replacer found here: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34702

 

then I installed/overwrote femaleupperbody.nif with the one included in this modification.

 

I feel that BEWARE has fixes for locomotion and textues and other body parts as well. Doesn't Type3 BB (this mod) only pertain to the upper body and chest. Would there be a better way to do this?

I know that 2pac4eva7 recommends dimon's version 2 textures, but what if I use the ones from BEWARE as explained above.

Could I just use dimon entirely, then overwrite femaleupperbody.nif with this mod/BB?

 

In total, what is a better combo than what I have going, or what do you use?

One other confirmation. Is the oil effect in the images for Type 3 BB Armor and body replacer this one: "Exnem BB oily skin and skimpy pack" from http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11511.
