MCM Voice change

There are ways to work around the voice reverting back on game load.

But then there will be a limit of how many npc's you can change voice type on.

I have no idea of what type of npc limit would be suitable for other users.

On the positive side you would also have a list of all npc's in MCM that you have changed voice type on.

Add options to restore their voices back to thier default.

Add options to remove npc's from the list.

The proof of concept is just rough non complicated and not tracking your changes.

As for the Marriage part I mentioned, that's not really problem as a voice change would only be needed for the marriage ceramony (just to get past the Voice Type check for marriage), once married you just revert the voice back to the npc's normal voice.

Switching char's within the game, and then switching back, drops the changed voice on the first NPC.

Changing a quest voice, in this case Farkas, keeps him as follower, but the quest dialogue lines are not functional, that is, not answered by the NPC. Still visible and selectable for the PC. Restoring the original voice resumes the quest dialogue functionality.

After changing PC's, the targeting script was active right away, but the "voice change" menu item in Mod Config took a minute to appear.

Thanks for feedback. I'm just trying things and writing them down before I forget. Work at your own pace and in your own direction, of course.
