Does a mod exists which enhance character textures but not the rest?

Playing on my old mac book and, well, it's slow. Does a mod like this exist? Thanks beforehand.

Hmm thanks, but doesn't that change the entire game? Or is the "Dracomies true textures" just for the main character?

I'm not the one who recommended it, but no, DA Redesigned does not replace all the textures in the game. However, it also doesn't do what you seemed to be asking for, which is replace the vanilla face/eye textures... rather, Dracomies True Textures textures adds additional textures to the game, and optionally, an assortment of replacement morphs that use those new textures.

 

While there are eye texture replacers (LOTC comes to mind, as that is the one I use), I cannae think of a skin texture replacer other than this one (which I do not use) or the similar, very grainy face textures included in the enormous JB3 whole world replacer (ditto not something I use).

thanks, but I think I need to learn how to edit those charmorph files or whatever, the compiler won't work with wine.
