serana is invincible/untargetable

Hello,

 

Ive an issue where Serana is completly invincible and untargetable. If you swing an axe aiming her it's gonna pass through her like air. Bandit also seem to be unable to damage her in any way. Serana still can talk and bandit aknowledge her presence still.

 

I removed serana from my party, waited 24 hours and then uninstalled every serana related mod that I have (serana dialogue edit, marriable serana, seductress serana, serana no hood and sneaky serana) and shes still in that... state

 

I tried also disable/enable with console and it's not working at all.

 

I'm out of ideas there. I can load an older save but this problem always end up happening again/often to the point where it becomes almost unplayable. Anyone can help me ?

 

Ive ~300 mods but im 90% sure ive no mods that changes followers behavior or anything follower related. If you think the list would be useful I can provide it

 

any ideas ?

i dont have a solution but i think is good you know this is a not bug of mods i play in pc and xbox, i have the same problem in the xbox

Do you use alternative start mod and dawnguard start?

In this start the quest "awakened" and "blood line" is set to be already finished. I start in fort dawnguard and you can company with serana after you recuit Gunmar and Sorine in quest "a new order".

But you still have to dig into dimhollow to gain a word of the drain vitality shout.

Once you go through the cell where Serana was sealed in vanilla, she become untouchable for the whole rest of dawnguard questline. (no matter where she is or whether she is following you when you go there)

Further more if you open her coffin there, she will become even unable to talk to.
