My mainquest broke and it won't get up

Okay this is my first post, My problem is slightly weird, I have a bunch of mods running in Oblivion. And for some reason my main quest seems broken. At the end of the game Martin is to meet with countess of Bruma, give a speech to the troops then the three Oblivion gates are to open and finally the great gate is to open. Just before all this, I gave Martin the great welkynd stone and recieved this new quest. MArtin tells me to have to countess meet him in the chapel. So I go and have dialog with the countess, follow her to the chapel, and no Martin. So I checked with Martin and he's still at CLoud Ruler Temple in front of the fireplace. (he never moves now) Having just enough experience to be a menace to myself I checked in the construction set to see if I broke the quest. Everything seems fine, but liek I said I have about thirty mods turned on. None of them have any serious conflicts, however, the first thing I did was unplug all the mods and try again. Still the same, then I went back into the constuction set and wrote down the script id's thinking that one wasn't being triggered. So I tried to manually trigger the various script portions. Near as I can tell in MQ13, 20 Martin is to move to the chapel, this is when the pc is to inform the countess of the meeting. Since this isn't happening this is when I think the quest is getting broken. So I guess my questions are, 1st how do I get past this point, get Martin to deliver the speech, opne the gates and allow me to finish the game. 2nd, How can I manually get Martin to move to the chapel and thus trigger the scripts.... On a side note, I tried respawning Martin via the console with the countess in the chapel and all Martin did was go back to the temple fireplace, where another Martin was standing. 3rd, I have an awesome stealthmage fighter, with about 300+ hours and I don't want to roll back or lose my character, how can I save my character if nothing else?
