Crashing when saving

Hi there

I have a problem, when i try to manual, auto or quick save the game it crashes all the time. problem started in Primm, so i thought its this area causing this, but when i went to goodsprings it was the same. My temporary solution is to load older save & quicksave then load middle save, and so on to current save. It is at least annoing. Have Someone a solution? My game is patched to 1.2.0.285
