duffman9465 Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Sure thing. Firstly, papyrus logs label things in hexidermal format. So it takes a little getting used to but once you understand what you're looking at, it's pretty simple. When you see things like (6700800) for example, the first 2 characters in the parenthesis are the mod that's causing an "error" or "conflict" within the game engine. Let's take the example I used, 67 is going to be your mod labeled 67 in your load order. Typically, though, the main issue leading up to a crash, endless load screen, a freeze or any other issue, really, is going to be either at the bottom of the papyrus log or near the bottom. But it's always good to be thorough and take a good look at more than the bottom, as you might find the mod that's conflicting with another or another mod that's contributing to the issue. Papyrus.0 is always going to be the most recent papyrus log. Even though there are about 5 logs in total that are saved, papyrus.0 is the one that's going to most recently help you and pretty much, in most cases, the others can be ignored
firstlegacy Posted March 31, 2015 Author Posted March 31, 2015 @Duffman9465, thank you so much.. I'll try disabling that mod and try doing a new game then reload new save.. I'll let you know wither I got it on how to find that issues in log..
duffman9465 Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 You're welcome friend. Also, another note, after uninstalling a mod, you will need to clean your save. Most people overlook that they can clean their saves and it usually ends up being game breaking for them. There are 2 tools for this and you should use them periodically. The first is Save Game Script Cleaner and the second is Skyrim Save Cleaner. The first cleans the orphaned scripts out of your game and keeps crashing down as well as making a huge improvement on gameplay. The second one cleans out all the repetitive and unnecessary form ID's out of your save and keeps redundancy and game bloat down so that your game performs better too. If you're looking for ways to make your game run better (not just to keep it from crashing, freezing and keep endless load screens away), then either post here within a reasonable time or send me a message and I can help you with it
