rick123454321
I figured it would be cool to have a quest when you actually needed the Experimental MIRV and here is probably the only way I can think of making it viable. I'm not a programmer so if somebody want's to make this feel free! Of course the idea needs some more details but I figure it's a pretty decent outline. BTW I don't claim to be an expert on any lore of the fallout series so if something is totally wrong in here feel free to correct it. Quest: "Sometimes C4 isnt enough" Factions: Deathclaws (enslaved and free), Enclave, and Brotherhood of Steel Idea: Brotherhood of steel starts the quest with rumors about encalve wrangling deathclaws from the new vegas area for their experiments in Colorado. First mission is to recon the deathclaws holding area and stomp some eclave and find out deathclaws have been injected with growth hormone (BoS wants the hormone) Second mission (Considerably more deathclaws than the first) Return to the facility with Mezmetron and slave collar to bring back lead scientist to BoS for questioning. Third mission break into the enclave weapons depot to recover the antidote and the Experimental MIRV with just enough MiniNukes for a single shot. Final Mission: With the lead scientist gone the enclave has lost control over deathclaw reproduction and has began channeling them all into a three sided canyon for extermination. However they are recieving heavy losses and should these deathclaws get out they will overrun the new vegas area. Firing the Experimental MIRV should bring down the bulk of the deathclaws from the top of the canyon then its up the courior to fight his way out leaving no deathclaw or enclave soldier alive. tehdman
Too bad the Enclave's non-existant, and I doubt the remnants would be organized enough to start such a project up. This is geared more for FO3. If you want a MIRV, just modify the Fatman in the geck to fire eight shots instead of one.
