woodtortiose
I've searched for this kind of mod, and I'm surprised one hasn't been made, but is it possible to make the Tab key toggleable? You know, so when you enter an area you can turn it on, search all the containers, then turn it off without having to hold it down. I did see one mod that made everything show up like you were holding down the tab button, but I'd like one you could turn on and off. Would anyone consider making this? RustyBlade
Why don't you just turn on the loot shimmer in your settings?
woodtortiose
I have it on, yet it still seems like I spend half my game looking around holding the tab button down. Its not so much for the chests and corpses, its for the books and bookcases and 'chasind trail signs' and all the other stuff I would undoubtedly miss (and did in fact miss on my very first playthrough before I knew of the tab keys funtion) if I wasn't holding that key down all the time. DarkeWolf
I dont believe that there is a mod like that. Trying to get the UI to do anything besides what it already does is really tough to do. Thats the reason for why there's not mods that already adjust some of the things, like how many members you can have in your party and can't add more permannt skillbars, and stuff like that. I just wedge a dime down between the keys, seems to work pretty good :D
woodtortiose
wedge a dime, nice. If only my parents were related and I had an extra pinkie
DarkeWolf
that, or just use the WASD keys. Your first three fingers are working the WASD, and your pinkie can rest right there on the tab key, no extra digits needed.Funny answer tho, good one
