LE Selvaria Bles Follower Mod.

OK so my idea is a relatively simple one. I want the character Selvaria Bles from the Valkyria Chronicles, videogames/anime, as a follower.

 

I found this mod but sadly it is for Oblivion and I havent been able to contact the maker (i suspect they are no longer active).

I have also tried making this mod myself but I simply dont have the skills required.

So hopefully one of you will make or convert this mod.

it's supposed to convert oblivion mods to skyrim but I haven't been able to figure it out.
