RustyBlade
You have a severe bug in your game. I would suggest starting over and hopefully it won't repeat itself. If it does, you will need to uninstall most of your mods other than your weapons/armor and chargen related things, your face morphs, DA Redesigned, the pocket plane, NBaio, the UI mod, polygamy and equal love and start putting things back until you find the bug. I know those mods will work together as I use them myself with no issue. The fact that Bryce Cousland wasn't present indicates a major problem somewhere. As far as the human commoner origin goes there isn't enough of it other than those few bits of dialogue you encountered to do anything with. They discarded it fairly early in the development process. woodtortiose
'sigh' I suspect that you're right. I always seem to do this, get a new game, (or in this case return to an old one) spend a day or two on nexus downloading mods, try installing a bunch, and find myself working backwards to get a stable game. At least this isn't as bad as some of the Oblivion modlists I've tried to run. I'm sure the problem is a conflict between Improved Atmosphere, Dialogue Tweaks, Polygamy, Equal Love, and tthe ten or so cutscene mods I thought I'd try. I definetely want to work Improved Atmosphere in there somehow. The difference just in the origin story was amazing, more Cousland arms and armor, Howes guards bearing Howes Sigil, very cool. Anyway, thanks again RB for the help and advice.
woodtortiose
In case anyone is interested, I discovered the problem. Its the mod 'No Starting Abilities'. I was foolishly using a version I downloaded when the game came out without upgrading it (its mod #9 on nexus! Old!). After several hours of testing running several different origins and getting the generic human commoner dialogue every time, Finally figured it out. Always get the latest versions people! Very hearty thanks to RustyBlade for turning me onto the runscript zz_bhn_debug command, which saved me many hours
