Custom Race Resets Back to Vampire Race when Reloading

When Ever i Created A New Char Using a Custom Race After I Save The Game And Reload The Mod When I Reload The Mod The Race Is Reset By To Vampire and There Eyes and Hair Reset To None

 

Now What is Cauasing This I need Help Dont Know How to Fix This on My Own Still Learning To Use Tes Construction Set
