Any body replacers that still show bullet wounds?

I have tried multiple body replacement mods out there (nude and non-nude) and they all seem to have one thing in common: when in use weapon / bullet wounds no longer show up on enemies when you shoot them.

 

Is anybody aware of a fix for this? Or a mod where this is compensated for?
