Any body packs out there that don't prevent "wounds"?

Hello,

 

Just looking for a body replacement (nude or non-nude) that is done so that bullet wounds / blood still appear on the torsos and arms when they are shot.

 

As of now all of the body replacement mods I have tried make it so that if you shoot at an NPC with that new model, there won't be a scratch on them.
