Random crashing

Hi im having this problem were i get an error report and my game closes down : / some of the things that cause these things are:

-when casting a custom target spell and the it hits a wall or something (like midas magic)

-when i hit someone with an enchanted weapon

-while randomly walking around (no where in particular)

-exiting the game or exit to main menu (yeah, i crash when i exit the game)

-sometimes on a loading screen (like walking througha door or something)

-probably a few others...

i also use OBSE v19 with NifSE, pluggy, OBGE v2, ( and 2 more that idk what they are :P 1.weOCPS.dll and 2. OBSE_Kyoma_MenuQue)

 

if it has something to do with my PC then let me know cause im getting a new PC for christmas

 

also my video card is partially burnt out :P and all my graphics (everything, even the menus and stuff in game) are the lowest they can possibly be.

 

someone please help, i cant stand crashing every like 15 mins :/

Oblivion.esm MUST always be the first item in your load order. That is what everything else modifies.

A 'partly' bad video card is still a bad card. And could be your problem. Why is your card bad? Is it overheating? Did you overclock it? Is your power supply too weak to support it? (a common reason for video card failure). Or do you mean that it is just not a powerful enough card to play at higher resolution?

well my card is well, partially burnt out :P if i play a game or whatever with anything higher then lowest graphics/resolution, my monitor goes into power save mode (not my PC just monitor i can still "play the game") and my monitor isnt the problem, i tried 3 of em and all had the same problem, even used new cables and what not. also, thanks for your help :)
