Creating a custom piece of armor

Hello,

 

I want to create a custom Desert Ranger Combat armor.I want to add custom things ( such as a Desert Ranger patch,slogan and what not)

 

But I don't know how I'd do this with the GECK,any help would be greatly appreciated!
