Hold SMGs and the sawn off shotgun properly

Is there / or can someone create a mod so the player holds the SMG and sawn off shotgun like most other two handed weapons, rather than holding them like a handgun.

Also is it possible to have a quick melee attack even with a weapon equiped, like call of duty 2.
