hobo1137 Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 (edited) Every other year, I come back to play Oblivion with fresh installs and new mods. I have never had this issue in the past. I usually murder a Skooma Den person, sleep in a Skooma Den bed and Lucien appears. However, after killing Rufio (next quest phase), Lucien will not appear after sleeping in any bed EXCEPT the same bed in the Skooma Den. *EditSince I have played last time, the Unofficial Oblivion Patch says Lucien will not appear at any bed at the ILL OMEN INN.
