Danshow
Well some mods i download that deal with new places, worlds and house and some time weapons and armor cause my game to slow down and it get really annoying and I really want to put a stop to that, I have Window 7 64 bit inspiron 15, now the game play only slow down in center areas around the mods, most of the time I have to look up to get around faster but when I look forward or even some time side ways the game play start slowing down, when i press space bar to get a item or by pressing space bar on the door to leave or get in, i have to press it more then 4 times until the game catch up on my responds, can some one tell me what program i need to get that might be helpful or what ever i need to do to stop this, it would be really grateful. tomcat1965
I think I'm correct here, you have integrated graphics GMA 4500 MHD , I'd guess some of the mods....prolly armor and weapons, are using high rez textures, unfortunately not much you can do without disabling mod's one at a time to find the culprit : (
David Brasher
Yes, mods can have devastating effect on performance. Here are some things you can do from least expensive to most expensive: (1) Lower your graphics setting way down to where things look really blocky. Turn off grass, shadows, reflections, blood spatters and stuff. Make sure no other programs run in the background while playing and be sure you aren't connected to the Internet. (2) Find out which mods cause you problems and remove them. Beware of things like Unique Landscapes, Open Cities, Better Cities, or anything that puts lots and lots of things on the screen at once. (3) Get a really powerful graphics card installed in your computer. (4) Buy an even more powerful computer with a powerful graphics card.
