Blury text and graphics on items

I am getting a glitch where not the screen text, but the text on the pip-boys metal portions is blurry. I am also noticing that i get blury decals on weapons and the text on the vigor master is blurry.

 

I am reinstalling the game now and will post images and which mod(if any) might be causing this issue.

I have the same issue, did a complete reinstall without success. Also tried a retexture, which didn't really resolve the issue. The new texture was more detailed, but still blurry, while the actual Pip-boy screen was sharp.

set the texture quality and radial blur quality to medium or high in the FalloutNVLauncher.

I don't know about the original poster, but all my settings are maxed.

sounds like mipmap....

 

If an ATI card, check the catalyst AI and try different settings. Also check for differences between game settings and your driver settings.

Just to follow up, in case anyone ever sees this thread and has the same problem, turning up my mipmap settings resolved it. I had the same issue in Fallout 3 and couldn't figure out why it followed me.
