His name is Sword Wolf(Could not think of better name, ugh), disguised (Ex) Frumentarius who can be found on freeside, near silver rush. Long time ago his family was wiped out by Van Graffs so he betrayed NCR, joined Legion and now is seeking for vengeance. *He does not join player ifHe/she killed Cass and Ambushed Legion at the end of Birds of a Feather quest.He/she has idolized rep with NCR and/or too poor rep with Legion.He/she provokes him via dialogue selection Anyway, if player kills all Van Graffs and/or has very positive rep with Legion you may recruit him and help him to plan and fulfill further bloody vengeance against van graffs. He doesn't become instantly hostile against NCR but he recommends player to stay away from NCR facility if he/she stays too long.
