Need help

greatswords are 1 handed for me but would like them back to 2 handed along with the rest of my 2 handed weapons how do i do that , I for get how they got that way and I also have deleted or removes all the files I know that would make them that way.

Search your My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder for one of the following folders:

 

• Dual Wield All 3
  
• Dual Wield All 3 No Reqs
  
• Dual Wield Battleaxe Only
  
• Dual Wield Battleaxe Only No Reqs
  
• Dual Wield Greatsword Only
  
• Dual Wield Greatsword Only No Reqs
  
• Dual Wield Maul Only
  
• Dual Wield Maul Only No Reqs
  
• ph_weapons_onehanded
  
• Ph_axes_onehanded

 

These were the only 2-handed weapon to single/dual handed weapon mods here at the Nexus. If you find one or more of these folders, delete it and you should be back to normal.

Another thing- if you want to keep some of the weapons as two handed swords, but not the axes you an install just the partial mod that are part of the series for that mod.

 

And, if you want to go 1h wielding the 2h swords, but still be able to use 2h swords for your 2h wielders like sten and Oggy, check out Jojjo's weapons. Since the swords in that mod have sheaths, they still use the 2h skills since the sheath takes up the other weapon slot.
