Evologix
Greetings from Colorado :) I've been playing Morrowind and Oblivion for years, but on the consoles. A couple years ago a built my first gaming PC and am shocked at how much more fun these games are on the PC. I recently wanted to mod morrowind with the MGE, but just can't seem to do it. That's what brought me here. Morrowind will not play at all now on my PC after trying to use MGE, so I'm at a standstill. I hope to meet some nice folks who have been in my shoes and wouldn't mind guiding me through getting, in my opinion, the greatest game ever made successfully modded. Thanks for having me and I look foward to meeting you guys. Cheers, Evo

Evologix
http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-signs046.gif Thanks. As for the RTFM thing, believe me. I've read every scrap of instructional material I could find. Installed, uninstalled, made tea, coffee, went jogging, pet my cat, fed my boa, nothing worked. Doesn't mean I'm quitting. The fact that I'm missing something is what keeps me going. I am a teacher by trade, and I know that people learn differently and not all manuals are created equal. Some people, like myself, learn best from models. Others, video visual aid. Some just from a basic overview. We all have different quantitative knowledge bases to start from. A lot of these so called "instructions" floating around are the cause of the installation problems. (I suspect) When step 13 is "Install MGE" well..... Well to make matters short, I love to read forums, soak up as much knowledge as I can, and overall have fun in the learning process. I get a lot of gratification from figuring something out myself, especially when it's something not normally in my comfort zone. I wouldn't be here posting if this wasn't my last resort. Thanks for the words of welcome :) Yes, I am ignorant to the world of modding, and surrender myself to you as an empty vessel ready for your teaching.
