Help want to create mods but cant install CS

and i need help with creating a mod so i can

make a birthsign

 

i cant install CS so i cant create mods

so i asked someone of you

can someone make a birthsign for me

it is just that i cant choose

the steed the warrior the thief and the shadow

so i decide to make one from those 4

but i can't instal CS so i can't make it

and thats my problem can please someone make it for me

Instead of letting us do the work, could you give a bit more details on why you can't install the CS? Does it give an error when installing, or when downloading? I'm sure we can help.
