awakenDeepBlue
I'm try to port the Fallout 3 custom armor to New Vegas: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9270 It works fine after porting, but the legs clip through the skirt on the armor. How do I fix this?
Fumofumo
You would have to load it up in Blender, then re-weight paint the legs so they function a little better. There are probably a couple guides somewhere on weight painting somewhere. It is a bit hard though.

Is there a simple way to just remove the loincloth? (and the backpack for the matter?)
