WastelandAssassin
okfirst, you need to locate your New Vegas folderinside it, there is a Data folderinside that folder should be BSA files for meshes, textures, sounds and such now, when you download a mod, you need to check the contents of the folder you downloadedit should have a plugin (esp or esm file, could be more than one) and folders such as meshes, textures and suchyou need to extract the mod you have downloaded to a temporary folder, then just copy\paste (or cut\paste) the contents into your Data folder now, seeing as you have no idea on how to install mods, i would assume that you don't know about FOMM, NVSE and Archive InvalidationFOMM (or Fallout Mod Manager) you can find hereyou need to install this, and run the game through this program for NVSE, you can find it hereyou will need it for some of the mods, and it is generally good to have it as for Archive Invalidation, just do a search for the subject (you can even google it)just make sure to do this, otherwise you will not see any new contents added by mods (models will appear as red boxes and such, lots of troubles that you don't want) hope this helps :)
