How to port mods?

So i've been playing fallout 3 for almost a year, and i always used the crysis nanosuit (thank god that exists), but now i want this awesome suit in Fallout New Vegas too, how can I port it? Is there any way i can do it? Edited December 5, 2010 by snipester
