meinschuesindrauchen
When I check the boxes for mods to run in New Vegas using New Vegas Mod Manager, the mods don't run unless I check them also in the Data Files menu in the game launcher. This in itself isn't a big problem but, for some strange reason, the ESP files for new mods I download do not appear in the Data Files menu, thus preventing me from activating them. I can't seem to find any reason for why NVMM doesn't work but knowing me I've probably just missed something really obvious. Any help appreciated
WastelandAssassin
well, you have either not installed the mod manager correctly, or you haven't installed the mods correctly (this is the only options i can think of) also, are you loading the game through the mod manager, or the game shortcut??because if you get access to the data files, it sounds like you are launching the game through the normal shortcut, which means that you are not using the mod manager at all so if you haven't done it until now, start launching the game only through the mod manager
secksegai
Possibly this? FOMM doesn't refresh the mod list until you close it and re-open it. For example, say I have FOMM open, then add a new ESP. Until I close FOMM, it won't show up in FOMM, even if the esp is now in the directory.
