WastelandAssassin
the problem is that OBMM needs OBSE, which doesn't usually work with the Steam version this page should give you all the information you need, on how to make OBSE run with Steam hope this helps P.S. sorry i couldn't find a thread on the Nexus, but i just tried Googling, as it is usually faster and easier

WastelandAssassin
wow, this is a problem i have never seen before....... i guess the problem is that the game just doesn't loadare you sure that OBSE is installed properly?? also, are you running the game through OBMM??if it doesn't work, it probably means that OBSE wasn't installed properly

WastelandAssassin
just to be sure, have you patched the game to the latest version and all??as it is needed to run OBSE properly now, i don't have the Steam version of Oblivion, so i don't really know what needs to be done to set it up there are other threads here about the Steam version of the gamemaybe if you search for them, you will find the answer...... WastelandAssassin
this doesn't usually happen, but i am lost for wordsusually the problem is that people have just installed the programs in a wrong way, or tried to use them in a wrong waybut if this isn't the case, than i have no idea what could be the case are you sure that you have installed OBMM correctly?? (i know it's a desperate move, but i have no more ideas.......)
