Sypron
Ever herd of a town called Sutch? No, not the fort, the actual city. If you whatch the movie "CreditsMenu" in the oblivion data/vieods foder, you would know what i'm talking about (you may need to download Bink video player to view it). At the start of the movie you see the map of cyrodiil sliding under a moving picture, if you look you can see a city and county called sutch, its roughly north of anvil. Anyone got any ideas as to what this is?
Povuholo
I say it's a future $2.99 plugin. I didn't see it in the credits, but I saw it in the demo video some months before Oblivion's release. Kinda stupid they left it out. North of Anvil/North West of Kvatch. Abramul
Dropped, probably for time or (DVD) space reasons. Thee is a group that's creating Sutch, though, but I don't remember what it's called exactly.

Thee is a group that's creating Sutch, though, but I don't remember what it's called exactly. That would be either Sutch Reborn or New Sutch. It's the same problem as rebuilding Kvatch: A too popular idea, and multiple teams start working on it. Which means there will be a competition of who builds the best Sutch mod, because they probably won't be compatible (And if they are, two Sutch's in Cyrodiil isn't really what I want)
cryocry
I'm guessing you get Bink at a website. Is it bink.com? I'll try it anyway.

Prolly has a URL in the documentation. Edit1: No docs in its Start-menu folder...starting the program.Edit2: Well, it decided that since there was a new version available, it'd hijack my first tab.http://www.radgametools.com
