Mobs spawn too slow

Really enjoying new vegas i rented it on ps3 and liked it having played FF3 on pc i purchased the PC new vegas game plays great only problem the mobs are shooting me to heck and back before thay even load so i cant fight back any help with this

I think you're wording may be misinterpreted.

 

From your post, I'm getting that you're getting shot at, but you can't see who's shooting you, is that correct? As in the mobs aren't displaying on your screen, but they're taking action against your player?

Yes you are both correct i know this is a mod forum but you guys are the best forum i have found sorry for the messed up post but yea thats my problem im getting hit by mobs before they load to my screen im sure it has something to do with video settings. The game auto selected Medium

 

I got a nivida 9600 gt that has latest driver

No worries, it wouldn't have been confusing if not for people actually wanting faster respawning mobs.

 

As for your issue, first thing you could check is your actor setting in the display/graphics in game or on the loader before you start. If it's set low, you may not see folks until you're practically on top of them and in their aggro radius, which would explain your situation.
