Running DAModder Help - Windows 7

I'm trying to get DAModder to work but I'm experiencing some issues that have really confused and bewildered me. I downloaded it off nexus, extracted it into my Dragon Age Mod folder (using jZip), but when i attempt to run it, it doesn't work. When i attempt to run it i get a message saying DAModder has stopped working.

 

I know a common error is not having .net 3.5, but that doesn't appear to be the problem here as I have downloaded Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Update for Windows 7 x86 (Windows6.1-KB958488-v6001-x86.msu 2.0MB was the version i downloaded)

This type of error indicates a problem with the execution of the program itself. I would UNINSTALL it completely and do a full "re-download/re-install from scratch", because you don't know exactly where the problem was introduced. :confused:
