BETTER CITIES

I'm using the latest Better Cities and when looking at the sidewalk in the IP Market District - in some places the "rocks" are jiggling:

The forum that has all the info for Better Cities says to load last - but when I run BOSS (latest version) it re-arranges them.

Also (as an afterthougth) my NPC's have black eyes - why?
