Either try the method described at first or what I wrote. Worked for me. Don't get irritated, I have a Dual Core and am experiencing the same problem.

Lol, thx for the try, but I have just finished deleting fallout 3 with all components + reinstalled it with all my mods, costed me half a day, but now it works fine. So thx, but a bit too late :P
