yet another request for load order help

here is my load order and it seemed to work just fne until I installed I Dream of Electric Sheep then I started getting immediate CTD game starts to load and then crashes I have used FOMM, BOSS, NVMM and a few others to try and sort it but it still doesnt seem to want to run right any help getting this back up and running would be greatly appreciated

I would say its I Dream of Electric sheep but I uninstalled it and tried running it that way and still no luck

Removal\diabling of mods may not always resolve the issue, and sometimes a reinstall is necessary.
