I have read from other gaming sites, that you can join two houses at the same time. When is the best way to join the two houses. I heard that you should join the first house before you finish the main quest then join another by talking to Duke Dren afterwards to join House Hlaalu. What's the correct way to join Two houses. Please, answer this if you are playing the XBOX version.

When you want to be in two houses is the purpose to do the quests or to simply say you are in charge? If you wish to do the quests (only possible up to building the stronghold as you cannot build a second one except via a PC console command) talk to Duke Dren once after you have made an arrangement with his brother. (You must have come to an arrangement to become Hortator for House Hlaalu.) If you speak to Duke Dren again he confirms you as leader of House Hlaalu. I do not know if this prevents you doing the quests but I would imagine it could do.

To: Malchik, I learned from a friend of mine already about joining 2 Houses. My reason to join 2 Houses is to raise my reputation as high as I can. He told me to join either House Redoran or Telvanni, kill Duke Dren's brother, then talk to the Duke about the Camonaa Tong. Every time you talk about the Camonaa Tong he up's your rank in House Hlaalu. Now my character belongs to 2 Great Houses and has a higher reputation. Thanks again for the help.
