Armor Effects

I'm sure this has been asked a few times but how do you add effects (like strength +1) to armor in GECK?

when you open an item in the GECK, you can see a box called Object Effect

object effects are under Game Effects -> Object Effect

just go to that list, make a new effect, give it whatever bonuses or minuses that you want, and add it to your armor
